When to Serve
Late evening, after a heavy meal, in front of a fire. The Old-Fashioned formula adapts naturally to coffee — the Coffee Liqueur acts as the sugar, the Blanche Armagnac brings the spirit warmth, and the bitters tie it together. Drier and more grown-up than an Espresso Martini.
