General

What is Armagnac? +

Armagnac is the oldest distilled spirit in France, predating cognac by over a century. It is produced in the Gascony region of south-west France from white wine grapes, single-distilled in a continuous copper still. Where cognac is blended for consistency, Armagnac is estate-bottled, preserving the character of the grape, the vintage, and the terroir.

What is Blanche Armagnac? +

Blanche Armagnac is unaged Armagnac: clear, aromatic, and full of grape character. Unlike aged Armagnac, which takes colour and flavour from oak barrels, Blanche is bottled immediately after distillation. It retains the fresh, floral, and fruity qualities of the Folle Blanche grape. Think of it as Armagnac in its purest form.

Are your products natural? +

Yes. Every Elusa product is made with real ingredients: no artificial flavourings, colourings, or concentrates. Our Coffee Liqueur uses cold-brewed speciality coffee. Our Orange Liqueur uses fresh orange zest infused directly in Blanche Armagnac. The base spirit itself is distilled without sulphite addition from 100% Folle Blanche grapes.

Are your products vegan? +

Yes. All Elusa products are vegan-friendly. No animal-derived ingredients or fining agents are used at any stage of production.

What's the ABV of each product? +

Our Blanche Armagnac is 48% ABV. The Coffee Liqueur is 25% ABV. The Orange Liqueur is 30% ABV. All three have a higher base spirit content than most competitors, and you can taste the difference in depth and complexity.

How should I store my bottles? +

Store all bottles upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. The Blanche Armagnac has an indefinite shelf life. The Coffee Liqueur and Orange Liqueur are best consumed within 12 months of opening for optimal flavour, though they will keep well beyond that. No refrigeration required, though the Coffee Liqueur is excellent served chilled.

What cocktails can I make? +

Each product has defined cocktail serves:

  • Coffee Liqueur: Espresso Martini, Coffee Negroni, Affogato, Black Russian
  • Orange Liqueur: Margarita, Spritz, Sidecar, Cosmopolitan
  • Blanche Armagnac: French 75, Tommy's Margarita, Armagnac & Tonic, Highball

Orders

How do I track my order? +

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. All orders are sent via tracked Royal Mail or DPD services.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order? +

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elusa-drinks.com. We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, so if your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually accommodate changes. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our returns policy.

Shipping

How long does delivery take? +

Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Do you ship internationally? +

Not currently. We deliver to UK addresses only. We are exploring international shipping options and hope to offer this in the future. For specific enquiries, please email info@elusa-drinks.com.

What is the free shipping threshold? +

Free shipping is automatically applied when you order two or more bottles. No discount code required; it is applied at checkout.

Returns

What is your returns policy? +

You can return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us at info@elusa-drinks.com with your order number to arrange a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged. See our full shipping & returns policy for details.

What if my bottle arrives damaged? +

We are sorry if that happens. Please contact us immediately at info@elusa-drinks.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
