The Story +
Most coffee liqueurs use a single coffee. We use two, and the split is deliberate.
Dark Side is the backbone. Central American and Asian beans, roasted dark for chocolate, caramel, and smokiness. Great Taste 2★ in its own right.
The Party is the aromatic lift. Kenya, Colombia, Ethiopia. Bright acidity, blueberry, jasmine. 25% of the blend, doing all the aromatic work.
Cold-brewed for 18 hours at 4°C, filtered twice, then combined with Great Taste 2★ Blanche Armagnac from Gascony. Not a flavouring. An actual coffee extraction, done properly.
