All products sold by Elusa Drinks Ltd contain alcohol. You must be aged 18 or over to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser is under 18. Our delivery partners may request proof of age upon delivery. Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to receive your order.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock or if we identify a pricing error.

We supply bars, restaurants, hotels, and independent retailers across the UK. If you are interested in stocking Elusa products, please get in touch:

Trade pricing, sample requests, and account setup are all handled through our sales team. No minimum order for initial trial.

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. If you receive a product that differs materially from its description, please contact us and we will resolve the matter promptly.

7. Recycling & Sustainability

We encourage responsible recycling of all packaging materials. Our glass bottles are fully recyclable. Please recycle them through your local kerbside collection or at a recycling centre.

Bottle return programme: Return your empty Elusa bottles to us and receive 10% off your next order. Contact us at info@elusa-drinks.com to arrange a return.
