We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
- Dispatch time: orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Tracked delivery via Royal Mail or DPD. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped
Delivery Notes
- All orders contain alcohol and require a signature from someone aged 18 or over
- If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working on this and hope to expand our delivery reach in the future. If you have a specific enquiry, please contact us at info@elusa-drinks.com.
Returns
Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order subject to the following conditions:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged
To initiate a return, please email info@elusa-drinks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we are sorry. Please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage (if applicable)
We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you. We may ask you to return the damaged product or provide photographic evidence before processing the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
