Armagnac is France's oldest distilled spirit. Where cognac is blended for consistency, Armagnac is estate-bottled: single producer, single region, single character.
Ours comes from a third-generation family chateau in Gascony. Blanche is Armagnac before the barrel. Unaged, clear, and honest.
Distilled from 100% Folle Blanche grapes in a traditional handmade Alambic still, without sulphite addition. Everything Elusa makes starts here.

Tasty, authentic, moreish and overall a delicious white Armagnac. I found it complex, rich and incredibly fruity. We are enjoying it neat at the moment but we will try some cocktails with it this weekend I am sure!
