Elusa Paloma
Pink grapefruit, salt, sunshine. With a French accent.
Ingredients
- 50ml tequila blanco
- 25ml Elusa Orange Liqueur
- 50ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- Soda water, to top
- Pink grapefruit slice (garnish)
Method

Rim: Run a wedge of grapefruit around half the rim of a highball glass and dip into flaky sea salt.

Fill: Pack the glass with cubed ice.

Build: Pour in the tequila, Orange Liqueur, grapefruit and lime juice with a pinch of salt.

Top: Add soda water and stir gently to combine.

Garnish: Slip a slice of pink grapefruit down one side.
