Ingredients

  • 50ml tequila blanco
  • 25ml Elusa Orange Liqueur
  • 50ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Soda water, to top
  • Pink grapefruit slice (garnish)

Method

    Rim: Run a wedge of grapefruit around half the rim of a highball glass and dip into flaky sea salt.

    Fill: Pack the glass with cubed ice.

    Build: Pour in the tequila, Orange Liqueur, grapefruit and lime juice with a pinch of salt.

    Top: Add soda water and stir gently to combine.

    Garnish: Slip a slice of pink grapefruit down one side.
