Fresh orange oil, dried fig, gentle oak
Palate
Spirit-led, bittersweet citrus, layered fruit
Finish
Long, warming, with cherry sweetness on the back
When to Serve
Late evening, after dinner, somewhere comfortable. Standard Old-Fashioneds rely on a sugar cube and orange peel — using Elusa Orange Liqueur instead lifts the citrus character and slips real fruit into the drink without dialling up the sweetness.
