Fresh orange peel, faint cedar, soft floral tonic
Palate
Bittersweet citrus, bright bubbles, low-sugar finish
Finish
Clean, dry, with Armagnac warmth on the back
When to Serve
Aperitif. Garden lunches, summer evenings, anywhere a G&T would normally turn up. Real-orange Orange Liqueur instead of sugar-syrup triple sec keeps it dry and grown-up — closer to an aperitivo than a cocktail.
