Tasting Notes
Aroma
Espresso, cocoa, vanilla cream
Palate
Velvety, dessert-rich, balanced bitterness from the coffee
Finish
Silky cream and dark chocolate, with Armagnac warmth underneath
When to Serve
After dinner, in place of dessert. Elusa Coffee Liqueur replaces the heavy sugar of conventional dessert cocktails — the cold brew base keeps it espresso-forward, so the cream and mascarpone read as luxurious rather than cloying.
