Ingredients

  • 50ml Elusa Coffee Liqueur
  • 50ml vodka
  • 30ml double cream
  • Cubed ice

Method

    Fill: Drop a generous handful of cubed ice into a rocks glass.

    Pour: Add the Coffee Liqueur and vodka. Give it the briefest stir.

    Float: Slowly pour the cream over the back of a spoon so it settles in a pale layer on top.

    Serve: Hand over with a small swizzle stick — let the drinker decide when to combine.
